Q: How much are your fees?
Depending on the needs of each individual practice, fees can range from 3% to 12% of collected A/R. Before a quote can be given though, we would need to do a complete practice analysis so we can better tailor services to our prospective clients. Medicaid claims are changed at a per claim fee in accordance with Medicaid guidelines for a Medical Billing Company.
Q: Are claims filed electronic or paper?
Medical claims are filed both paper and electronically, depending on what is required. Workman's compensation and auto accident claims must be filed paper with copies of patients medical record.
Q: Do you file supplement insurance claims?
Yes. All secondary insurance claims are filed automatically. That way you and the patient do not have to wait for billing to get processed.
